West Avenue Pack-Committee.

We have listened to the people who lives on West Av. neighborhood, and we have a pretty good idea of what
their immediate concerns and needs are. We can summarise it as:
1. A fenced dog park on 14th and Bay.
2. Better maintenance of the existing dog duty bag dispensers.
3. Education regarding the "pick up after your dog" issue.
4. More trash cans.
5.More dispensers.
Now we are forming the pack, so we can improve these issues.
